The William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund invites community members and organizations in Connecticut to apply for small grants through the Director’s Discretionary Fund to support activities and events related to Stand Against Racism, taking place on April 22rd-25th, 2021.

Stand Against Racism is the YWCA’s “signature campaign to build community among those who work for racial justice and to raise awareness about the negative impact of institutional and structural racism in communities.” This year’s theme is From Declarations to Change: Addressing Racism as a Public Health Crisis. Find more information on the YWCA's Stand Against Racism Website.

Preference will be given to community members and organizations that have a history of working on issues related to racial justice and/or public health.

501(c)(3) status is not required but a fiscal conduit is still required. We may be able to match you with a fiscal conduit if you do not have one.

Please note that the due date for this application is April 7, 2021.
