The William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund works collaboratively to improve education for Connecticut's children by supporting school change, informing the public debate on educational issues, and strengthening the involvement of parents and the community in education.

Memorial Fund Hosts Ukrainian Youth Ministers and NGOs

On June 15, 2010, the William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund welcomed a delegation from the Ukraine that had traveled to the United States to exchange information about policy and practices that support children and families.
