CIP assists licensed child care centers that are committed to providing quality care and to serving low-income children eligible for public subsidies - from infancy through preschool years. CIP can provide a combination of training, technical assistance and flexible, affordable financing, whether it is a minor renovation or construction of a new, state-of-the-art child care facility.
